IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR TAX SEASON 2025:

• Where are my 1099’s?
  • All 1099’s are to be mailed out by JANUARY 31ST, 2026.  Please allow 7-10 business days for mail time.  If you have not received your 1099 by February 15th, 2026, please text or call us @ (276) 236-7188, and we will be glad to help!

• 1099 EXCEPTION: Holders of ARES – INDUSTRIAL Real Estate Income Trust (REIT) 
  • If you hold the ARES INDUSTRIAL REIT – Please be aware that your FINAL 1099 will be available: MID-MARCH 2026.
  • Please do not file your taxes until you have received your FINAL 1099.
  • Having to refile is very costly! If you are unsure if you have received all final tax documents, please call us to verify.
